Hiiii!!!
Hope your weeks are all off to a fabulous start. This week, thankfully, is a little more quiet for me and has allowed for some post-wedding catch up. I have been catching up on everything: stuff around the house, some work tasks and getting back into my workout routine.
Thankfully, the company that I work for offers complimentary lunchtime yoga. How sweet is that?! Not only is it F-R-E-E, but it is also offered 5 days a week from 1130am-1230pm. Earlier this year, I noticed a co-worker going down the elevator while holding a yoga mat and I finally asked him one day what the heck he was doing and he told me the best hidden secret about our jobs! For a while, I would go several times a week but lately, between the wedding and work craziness, I didn't have time to go to the bathroom let alone go to Yoga but that changed today!
It is amazing how one hour of yoga can inspire and benefit you. 8 top benefits of yoga include:
