hello!
here is an update on whats been going on in my life.
Sunday morning, to celebrate my mom's 57th birthday, we had brunch at Brennan's. It was AMAZING. We each had a 3 course brunch (with Mimosas as well). I had a crawfish enchilada, eggs benedict, and bread pudding. Everything was to die for and I am now a Brennan's believer. I will be back!

Also, on Monday night, my best friend Shannon and I went to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. I LOVE the rodeo! It is near the top of the list of reasons why I love living in Texas.
We went early enough to walk around and look at the shops and livestock.
We also got there early enough to see the rodeo activities. The very best rodeo activity is MUTTON BUSTIN!!! After my belly stopped hurting from laughing at the amazing-ness that is mutton bustin', it was time for Jason Aldean. Sigh.
He put on a GREAT show! Shannon and I sang loud to every single song :)
