I hope everyone is having a lovely Thursday. Remember I mentioned the start of Disney Princess Half Marathon Training/Weight Management/Using this blog to keep my accountable?!? Well here is my first accountability post.
Since July 1, I started a new weight management program and have lost 23 pounds total! It's pretty crazy when you think about it, but I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel and how I look. Along with any weight management program, the most challenging part is the mental strength. Your body will do anything that your minds tells it to. So making sure you get your 'mind right' is ESSENTIAL.
The purpose of sharing this is to make it tangible for anyone looking for inspiration. All of our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.-Walt Disney
Today's Challenge; Drink 3 liters of Water. I CAN DO IT! (it makes it a lot easier when I have this cute water bottle)
