I am officially 7-weeks postpartum, and it's time to get back into a workout and nutrition plan.
You know that I kept up with my fitness throughout my pregnancy, and my weight gain was very minimal, but my skin is loose and my body is soft (softer than I would like) and it's time to get back into shape!
I am going to start back into my routine slowly ... here is my game plan:
Cardio: 5x a week
Weights/Resistance Training: 2-3x a week
Food: 6 small meals a day
Water: LOTS OF IT
I will keep you posted on my progress!
